Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Denmark, France.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90 per order.

For orders over €499.90, shipping is free.

International Deliveries:

We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 5-20 business days, and for international deliveries within 5-25 business days after contract conclusion (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Details

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
